EFI Executive Board Member and Africa EFI Overseer, Dale Campfield has appointed Elsie Okulaja the Africa Director of Operations. Under the leadership thus far the Evangel Fellowship family has increased by 43 new members. The EFI Family welcomes Elsie to our global organization.
