A Letter From The Chairman
Greetings EFI family,
It has been so rewarding being involved in the EFI regionals in Macon, Spartanburg and last week in Florence. We have heard from missionaries and pastors regarding their global endeavors. Rod Reid recently returned from Cuba with an encouraging report of God’s activity there. Larry Cockerham returned from the Philippines and has already embarked on his trip to Nepal. I don’t know how he does it. It is so rewarding to hear from our pastors at the regionals. Our churches are strong and growing. Ben Gaulden’s new church in Spartanburg is doing well and Jordan Battani’s Fall Line Church in Macon is continuing to grow. So many good reports on what God is doing!.
That said, all of us face obstacles along the way. That is not a sign of disobedience, but obstacles are a sign of life. We will have no more obstacles when we die. But I love Paul’s take on dealing with the mistakes and bad things that have happened to him.

I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however, I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. 14 I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.
God has given all of us a divine invitation, so let’s press on together.

A team of three ladies from Evangel Fellowship visited House of Hope in Bolivia this month. Along with April Havlin, the International Director, they evangelized in local schools, prayed over and taught the little girls in the girls home. Thanks so much to Co-Pastor of Centro Cristiano Bethel Erlanger, Heidy Maya (Wife of Pastor Raul Maya) and her group!

Pastors Leadership Seminar 2024 Morelia, Mexico
Recently, I had the honor of traveling to Morelia, Mexico, where I was invited to participate in a pastors leadership seminar hosted by EFI Missionary Elaine Wilburn. Accompanied by my friend, Matt Christian, our decision to embark on this journey was profoundly influenced by a calling from the Holy Spirit, urging us to step out in faith.
